Founder & Director, Array Brands

Hi, I’m Ash - founder of Array Brands, and someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and connection.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across events, communications, and identity development, with a particular knack for building momentum behind things that matter. I’ve led the evolution of the World Butchers’ Challenge into a truly global competition and platform, and I founded the Global Meat Alliance as a way to foster international collaboration, insight-sharing, and smarter industry engagement.

Whether it’s helping shape a new initiative, developing a visual identity from scratch, crafting clear messaging, or coordinating the moving parts of a multi-day international event, I’ve been lucky to play a part in making it happen.

Array Brands is the umbrella that brings it all together: a consultancy and creative studio built to support businesses and industries looking to communicate clearly, grow strategically, and connect meaningfully.

Looking ahead, Array is growing. The goal? To take on more collaborative, high-impact work in the global meat sector and beyond, supporting clients with everything from brand development and strategic planning to storytelling, digital content, and design. I love helping organisations see the bigger picture, shape it with intent, and bring others along for the ride.

The Extended Array

At Array Brands, I work with a close-knit group of world-class collaborators around the globe, specialists in event management, design, social media, PR, and high-level strategy. Depending on the project, I bring in the right people at the right time to deliver sharp, effective outcomes without the overhead of a big agency model.

Through years of hands-on work with leading organisations in the global meat sector, including national bodies, brands, and international alliances, I’ve built strong relationships with decision-makers, creatives, and changemakers across the industry.

That network is part of what sets Array apart: not just what we do, but who we know and how we work together.
